In 1996 the acquisition of an area CENTURY 21 franchise and real estate company allowed for greater diversity and growth. The sales on Lake Bomoseen outranked all other real estate companies. CENTURY 21 Bird Real Estate was and continues to be "The Number 1 Sales Team on Lake Bomoseen" per Multiple Listing Service.
